The Brand Design Process

Your brand is more than just aesthetics. It's the story you tell, the promise you make - it's your reputation. And a good reputation = trust among customers, a loyal following, and the flexibility to raise your prices! Brand strategy is a necessary step and something we do for every branding client before touching the visuals.

  • After you enquire, we'll contact you to learn more about your project and your design needs. If we're a good fit and you're ready to invest, we'll send a contract and invoice. Once everything is signed and a 50% deposit is paid, your spot is reserved in our calendar.

  • To get started, we'll send you a questionnaire to fill out to get to know your business better. Then, we'll deep-dive into research and put together a strategy plan and two creative directions for you to choose from.

  • When you’re happy with the direction, we'll translate the strategy into tangible visuals that make up your brand’s signature look and feel. After we present your new branding, we'll work together to make sure it’s super polished!

  • After receiving the green light from you on all design elements and processing the final payment, we'll put together the finishing touches, apply your new branding to any selected add-on items, and begin preparing your files for delivery.

  • We'll share the files with you through Google Drive. The files will be in various formats and colours, ready to be used for any digital or print projects you may have in mind. And we can chat about discounted monthly retainers if you'd like to stick together!
